GRACE SUPPORT GROUPS
Grace Support Groups provide a safe environment that enables validating support, helpful biblical and clinical insights, and empowerment through practical tools to see greater hope. This 16-week series provides support in three groups: individuals facing mental health challenges, their spouses, and their children.
LIVING GRACE
FAMILY GRACE
CHILDREN
Meetings focus on some of these topics: identity, medication, healthy thinking, staying resilient, and more.
Individuals are guided to think about some of these topics: communication, grieving and grace, cycles and triggers, boundaries to rebuild, enabling vs. empowering.
Children are provided a variety of play opportunities, a short Bible lesson, and time to interact with each other and caring adults.
